Greater Riverside Dollars For Scholars
Greater Riverside Dollars For Scholars is an all volunteer organization whose mission is to provide scholarships for graduating seniors. We serve schools in Alvord, Riverside, Corona-Norco, and Jurupa unified school districts as well as California School for the Deaf, Sherman Indian High School and the Riverside County Office of Education alternative programs.
In the 15 years of our existence we have awarded over $1.6 million on behalf of various service clubs, organizations and for special groups and individuals that want to assist students as they enter college.
In June 2010, 95 students were awarded $66,000 by our chapter!
